We had a check‑up at Medipol global clinic, we were very satisfied with the quality of service. Everything is clear, accessible, prompt and most importantly professional! We were examined, treatment was prescribed, and we believe it will help us and we will be cured. I would like to thank all the doctors, staff of the check‑up department and interpreter Zarina for your attitude and your professional approach to each patient. The coordinator Svetlana helped us with the organisation of the trip (airport‑hotel transfer, clinic hotel for each visit, airport‑hotel transfers, programme selection, etc.). She was always in touch with me and at the end she was very worried about the results of the check‑up. Such an attitude to a complete stranger is rare nowadays. I thank Svetlana and wish her health, happiness, prosperity and all the best.

The professionalism of the doctors is top notch. The availability of modern equipment is attractive. The medical staff is attentive and responsive to patients. Excellent work of the international department in terms of logistics and translators, which allows you to concentrate as much as possible on the diagnosis and communication with doctors. Availability of separate rooms per patient during hospitalization. Ensuring adequate prices for hotel rooms. In simple words: the transfer operates from the airport to the hotel and back, daily to the clinic and back to the hotel. There was always a translator with us at the clinic who took us where we needed to go. We received professional medical care.

I visit this clinic regularly and like everything very much. It is large, clean, and has competent doctors. The first two translators were illiterate and irresponsible; then they replaced them with a very responsible and decent translator. Please address the inattentive translator who caused me to miss my dermatologist appointment by 1.5 hours.

Everything is very well organized, with fast communication between the doctor, translator, and financial department. We had a problem with housing, and the clinic staff helped us at night. We did an examination, so I can't say about the results of the treatment yet. The facilities at the clinic are wonderful, we consulted with 2 doctors, we have a diagnosis and a treatment method. The radiologist is competent and specialist, but not verbose. The organization from arrival to departure is superb. They always answer quickly; when I was traveling, I felt supported and that they wouldn't leave me alone in a foreign country.
